Driving in the rain storm, extreme traffic situations, tight turns and rude drivers.. he did it with a cool calm demeanor of one that had experience and knew how to drive where his passengers felt at peace, and safe. Respectful and kind. Thank you sir. Thank you Bianco Travel and Tours Betty Clayton

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had the pleasure of using Bianco Bus Service on Saturday, June 20, 2026 for a Family Reunion. The bus was very clean and comfortable .Our driver was Dawn, she was on time, very attentive to our needs, with strollers etc. We were late getting started waiting on a cousin whom was in her 90's she was very respectful and patient. Our first stops was The Detroit Historical Museum, and again we were not on time for our pickup, I was able to let here know we would be another 45 mins and it was no problem. We continue downtown and was able to exit the bus and take pictures and she was there with any assistance we needed. I was the guide person during the tour, and she slowed down so were could see the city. Our picnic was at one of the parks and she stayed with us like family and that made it so personal to our family. Bianco Bus Service was excellent from walking in their office, speaking with Mr.Tinsley and working with Ms. Bodell. Thank you again Bianco Bus Service for making that day complete.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently had the chance to travel with Bianco Tours, and I can honestly say the experience was amazing from start to finish. What really made the trip stand out, though, was our bus driver, Steve. He was absolutely incredible. From the moment we got on the bus, you could tell he was experienced, professional, and genuinely cared about everyone having a great time. Steve drove so smoothly and safely the entire trip, which made it easy for everyone to just relax and enjoy the ride. He was also super friendly and easy to talk to, always greeting us with a positive attitude and making sure everyone was comfortable. You don’t always think about how important a good driver is, but Steve really made a huge difference in the overall experience. He kept everything running on time, handled traffic and stops like a pro, and made the whole trip feel stress-free. On top of that, he had a great personality and brought a fun, welcoming vibe to the bus that made the ride even more enjoyable. Overall, we had such a great time on the bus, and a big part of that was because of Steve. I would 100% recommend Bianco Tours to anyone, especially if you’re lucky enough to have Steve as your driver. He truly goes above and beyond and makes the trip unforgettable.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I never traveled with Bianco Tour Buses, but I am considering this for next year. When you arrive and enter their facility there are all the flyers for upcoming trips. You are permitted to take the flyers with you and there is paperwork on the back. The backside provides information to fill out about how many in your party, price, etc. You can take one and make copies/ prepare for your group. The buses are spacious and the ladies behind the glass counters can answer your questions.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We have been on several tours and our local senior center have used Bianco Tours many times. The drivers are fantastic and safe drivers. The tour guides are great and knowledge. The only thing is that the bus wifi is extremely slow and can't get on. The busses are very clean.
