Reviewing our operational policies helps you prepare for a seamless and enjoyable travel experience. Please read through our standard reservation, payment, and cancellation guidelines before booking your next getaway with our team.

  • Securing your spot on a Bianco Tour requires a standard upfront deposit.
  • A deposit of $20.00 per person is required to successfully hold your reservation for overnight vacations.
  • Full payment must be completed by the specific due date listed on your individual trip flyer.
  • We accept standard checks made payable to Bianco Tours.
  • Major credit cards including MasterCard and Visa are also accepted.
  • A 3% convenience charge applies to the total price for all credit card purchases.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Unexpected circumstances can alter your travel plans at any moment.
  • Cancellations made within 45 days of the departure date may be subject to a cancellation charge.
  • This specific penalty varies by trip and is calculated based on standard double occupancy rates.
  • No refunds are issued for any cancellations made within 14 days (two weeks) of the scheduled departure date.
  • We highly recommend purchasing a comprehensive Travelex insurance plan to protect your financial investment against unforeseen cancellations.

Tour Inclusions and Exclusions

  • Your tour package covers round-trip motorcoach transportation, specified hotel accommodations, and explicitly listed meals.
  • Bianco Tour Director and driver gratuities are not included in the base price of your trip.
  • Passengers are responsible for managing their own gratuities based on personal discretion.

Liability and Responsibility

  • Bianco Tours does not own or operate any of the suppliers providing services or accommodations for your scheduled trip.
  • We are not responsible for any negligent or willful act, or failure to act, of any third-party supplier over whom we have no direct control.
  • All passengers must officially read and accept the conditions regarding cancellation refunds and payments prior to finalizing their booking.

Why Our Policies Matter

When planning a trip for dozens of people, group leaders shoulder a massive responsibility. You need a transportation partner who takes that responsibility just as seriously. Our comprehensive policies exist to remove the financial guesswork and organizational stress of group travel. By separating funds, carrying premium insurance, and operating with zero reliance on leased fleets, we protect your organization from the moment you request a quote until the last passenger is dropped off.
